it is saturday n i'm bored to death!! got nuthing to do... just played wit my niece...huhu..pastu die terhantuk..adeh...cian die...hmmm can't wait for my sis to arrive here..miss her so much... nak pinjam laptop sebenarnye..hehehe..nak g tgk movie eith my sis... wut movie should i watch ek?? hmmm.. maut? sifu n tongga? inkheart? ape lg ek...

most important thing to remember bile pegi shopping mall is.... ur parking base... dont forget!! this is how u can remember ur park..

and yeah we had fun yesterday in sunway piramid... me,my mum, my dad, my sis n her daughter....
n i start working today...hmmm gonna miss them so much.... n i miss my boy oso laa....so i guess i meet u in another 2 days.

GETTING FIT..like me...hakhak
For me everybody deserve utk dipuji... no matter la big siza ke.. super duper skinny ke... average ke... everybody is beautiful.. Allah cipta umat Nya berbagai bentuk dgn berbagai kepentingan... everything yg buruk mesti ada kelebihan n everything yg cantik ada kekurangan... nobody is perfect kecuali Yg Esa...
Back to the story... hah want to have a figure dat u always dream of...senang je...
1) Malas yg teramat sgt utk bersenam??
-cut out ur nasi!!! most important thing..
-only eat lauk for ur lunch and dinner... usually nasi,ikan n sayur.. now change it to 2ekor ikan n sayur.. lots of sayur..
-dont forget ur brekfast.. avoid roti canai n nasi lemak.. Cannot!! just take cereal, or bread...
-eat dinner b4 8pm...
-shower b4 eat...
2) agak rajin nak senam(suam2 kuku jek)
-again cut out nasi.. if u cant, just take half drpd yg biasa diambil...only for lunch.. not for dinner..
-lauk only for dinner.. lots of sayur n 1 or 2 ayam without lemak...
-breakfast with bread n hot milo
-dinner b4 8pm
-shower b4 eating..
-jog about 2round of the jog field or just buy a dvd n exercise at home sudah la... kalau larat make it everyday...if not 2 kali a week pon cukup...
3) extreme diet?? like it did b4..
-cut out nasi!! i didnt take nasi at all..
-only take lauk for my lunch
-breakfast wit cereal n hot milo...
-didnt take dinner at all....
-tea time i take tuna sandwich to replace my dinner... wit hot lemon tea...
-drink a lot of limau suam or panas.. it is really gud tau..
-eat outside?? tomyam based..
-no cake n junk food at all... if u really want to, just take fillet o fish or garden salad with chicken popcorn..
-drink lots of water...
-dancing exercise everyday.. kat umah da la... beli je dvd.. my fav was salsacise n latin dance...huhu...
-use a body contour cream as i used sendayu tinggi, ZA, losyen mustajab...huhuhu
-minum nie... produk ombak besar tu... also gud for ur pewot....
huhuh... kalau larat wat la...but u will satisfy with the result... trust me... all u need is a displin....
So set ur target n start a new life... oh yeah get ready with the new cloth... hehehhe
